At this time, shipping is only available in the U.S.
WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
Though we work very hard to get your orders out as soon as possible, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Processing is the amount of time it takes us to package and send out your order. This does not include shipping time. DURING HOLIDAYS, this timeframe can be extended by 2-4 business days. Once your order has been shipped out you will receive a tracking number. Free shipping on all orders over $100, there is a flat $8 shipping fee. All orders are shipped via USPS priority mail or in few cases, ups ground.
*If for any reason you need to change or fix your shipping address, please contact us AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Our main priority is to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. changes cannot always be made.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds/exchanges. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. In the event that your package is in route or defective, please send us photos at info@18candle.com with in 5 business days and we will try our best to make it right.
